Preparing for Another Trump Administration
In times of challenge, resisting despair and resignation is crucial. Personal resilience, family support, and community engagement are stepping stones toward broader impact. I brainstormed a list this morning of potential actions to remind myself that there are plenty of things I can do to contribute to a better world. I refined it using Apple Intelligence and ChatGPT.
As I think about navigating the next four years, I recognize that my survival depends on maintaining my health and finding meaningful work that supports others. This is a time to strengthen my resolve, care for my physical and mental health, and stay engaged in purposeful projects.
